2. How do I schedule a tutoring session?

 

Scheduling a tutoring session is easy! You can make an inquiry online through our website and inform us of the study subject and preferred date and time. Alternatively, you can call our office, and our friendly staff will assist you in setting up your sessions.

 

3. What qualifications do your tutors have?

 

Our tutors are highly qualified and experienced professionals. They either hold degrees, are working towards degrees or have proficiency in their respective fields. We carefully vet and select tutors to ensure they adhere to our values and meet our high standards.

 

4. Can I choose my tutor?

 

Yes, you can! We believe in matching students with tutors who best fit their learning needs and preferences. You can request a specific tutor when scheduling a session, or we can recommend one based on your requirements.

8. Do you offer group tutoring sessions?

 

Yes, we offer group tutoring sessions for certain subjects and test preparations. Group sessions are a cost-effective way to learn and can be an excellent option for students who enjoy collaborative learning.

 

9. Can I get a free trial session to see if tutoring is right for me?

 

We do offer a free consultation before the first session to give you the opportunity to meet the tutor and decide whether it is a good fit. You are also entitled to half your money back after the first lesson if you decide that it is not for you. 

 

10. What if I need to reschedule or cancel a tutoring session?

 

We understand that schedules can change. Ideally, the sooner the better. You need to provide the tutor with at least 4 hours' notice otherwise you risk a late-cancellation penalty and will have to pay for that session. If you can reschedule the missed lesson on the same day, you only have to pay half
